About Yoga

Yoga is an eastern philosophy of thousands of years old that is among others practiced through body postures, meditation, breathing exercises and mantra chanting. A lot of different yoga traditions exist, each with their own focus. Most famous is hatha yoga, a static kind of yoga that brings deep relaxation. In the western world more physical types of yoga, such as power yoga or bikram yoga, gained a lot of popularity during the last decade.

Practicing yoga brings you both physical, emotional as mental advantages. Your body will gain flexibility and strength, while you will feel more peaceful and balanced. Apart from this your overall consciousness rises.

About Lien



Lien has been practicing yoga for three years with different teachers. It was love at first sight. Ever since yoga has become an important part of her life. It gives her a higher body consciousness, makes her experience a bigger unity between body and mind and brings rest into everyday life.

Lien followed the complete Corepower program and is Corepower master teacher. At the moment she is writing the Corepower self-guidance book. Corepower gave her the strength to transform destructive patterns in her life and has brought profound changes along with an increased joy of life.

Yoga combined with Corepower brings you an engaging mixture of body and energy work with a big potential of transformation and healing. You can easily adapt it to your personal needs.

    Vivo en Agulo y quisiera saber la ruta mas corta para ir caminando a las clases de Yoga en Lepe. Vi el letrero en la puerta (lunes 6 pm).

    La clase de lunes ya no existe. Hay una clase los miercoles a las seis en espanol para gente sin experiencia anterior y una clase los miercoles a las diez y media en ingles para gente mas avancada. Esta muy bienvenida.
    Para venir caminando hay differentes opciones. Es possible descender en el baranco de Agulo donde hay la ruta de GR. Asi llegas en Lepe. Hay otra camino para descender desde la carretera fuera de Agulo en dirreccion de Hermigua, hay algunas escaleras. Espero que le he ayudo con la informacion. siempre puede escribir o llamarme con mas preguntas.

    Quiero informarle que la classe de los lunes finalmente sigue tambien. Entonces puede venir los lunes o/y los miercoles a las seis. Espero de verle.
